Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Legacy Walk works with domestic and international fulfillment partners to provide a wide variety of products.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Canada: 10–25 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow several days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Legacy Walk is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur.

Legacy Walk is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Other events outside our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier.

Legacy Walk is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
