Refund & Return Policy

At Legacy Walk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories and components.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items – Final Sale

All discounted, clearance, promotional, or sale items are considered Final Sale.

These items are not eligible for:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges

unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Failure to report damage within 72 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Damaged Product Resolution

For items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival, Legacy Walk may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a full refund; or
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost.

In these situations, customers generally will not be required to return the damaged item.

Exchanges for Wrong Size or Color

If you ordered the wrong size or color and would like a different option, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to:

  • Product availability.
  • The item being unused and in its original packaging.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sale or promotional items (except for damaged or defective products).
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products returned beyond the 30-day return period.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
